HOW to Keep THE Skin Healthy in Summer

In summer days skin gets harsh due to outdoor activities. Overexposure to sun can harm your skin. So here I am presenting some tips to keep your skin healthy.



The very first thing is to be sun safe. Keep yourself away from the sun in the middle of the day and try to cover maximum part of your body.
wash your face and all the body parts which are exposed to sun. atleast 5 times a day .
Use a shielding lotion that is dermatologist recommended. Aplly it daily on the skin xposed to sun such as ears nose neck hands.
Eat vegetables and fruits that are a good and rich source of anti oxidants to protect against free radicals.Include carrot in your diet which is a good source of Vitamin A. Lack pf Vitamin A can cause dry skin and a wide range of other harmful conditions.
Drink plenty of water everyday to stay hydrated. Use a correct lipbalm that are specially meant for summer otherwise normal lipbalms can attract the harmful UV rays.
Use a toner always after cleansing your skin which reduces the growth of bacteria.
Exfoliate your skin thw three times a week to remove dead skin. 
Acne is one of the major problem being faced by most of the people in summer. Above tips can help you to get rid of the acne  too.
